What is The Process Like?
The Operation Growth coaching process is an everyday approach to problem-solving. It is a client-centered approach to intuitive decision-making. The purpose of the coaching process is to empower you to choose from an inner-directed place a course of action that is “right” for you. I’ll guide you through the process.
1. Set a schedule.
Determine when and how you would like to complete your coaching. You may choose from telephone or video conference coaching.
2. Identify your coaching goals.
You choose what areas of your life, leadership or career you would like to focus on during our time together.
3. Develop outcomes.
Decide what you would like to achieve at the end of the coaching sessions. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.
4. Set an action plan.
Decide what steps to take to achieve your goals.
