We teach what we most need to learn…(paraphrase of something Oprah said on her show with Iyanla Vanzant) Agreed!

This post is dedicated to my dear friends and the beautiful mother in the car dealership with her two children, who smiled in the face of having to purchase a brand new tire, as she timed her kids reading and they obeyed like the angel children we all pray for.  (definitely a run-on)

7 Things I Need My Friends To Do
 
1.       Daily Physical Movement – Yoga, Pilates, Exercise, Stretching
2.       Daily Salt Baths – Salt, Essential oils (lavender, ylang ylang, jasmine or sandalwood) & honey (sit long enough to read a chapter or a magazine article)
3.       Music – Turn off the TV and let the house fill with your favorite song
4.       Daily Meditation – 15 minutes of focus on what you want in your life, happy, positive thoughts; smile in every part of your body
5.       Daily Prayer – As soon as you wake up before your feet hit the floor, thank God for all of His many blessings and list them; Then ask God to provide what is needed to get you through the day
6.       Prepare Your Meals w/Love – Something as simple as a tuna sandwich is so much more beautiful and comforting when you add cranberries or almonds or a pickle wedge on the side; arrange it on the plate and savor it; Eat for health and longevity
7.       Treat Yourselves Well – There will be disappointments and setbacks, but they are learning experiences, not death sentences; Dust off and move on
 
Remember that your body is a sacred temple.
