Refund & Cancellation Policy

BRComm is committed to client satisfaction. Our refund policy reflects the professional nature of consulting services.

DEPOSIT / RETAINER SERVICES

Crisis Communications Retainer: First month is non-refundable upon service activation. Subsequent months can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. All project-based services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date.

COMPLETED SERVICES

Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of communications consulting, completed services are non-refundable. “Completion” is defined as delivery of agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., press release, audit report, training session conducted).

SERVICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Press Releases and Written Materials: One round of revisions is included in the service price. If you are unsatisfied after revisions, we will work with you to resolve concerns.

Strategic Audits and Consulting: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of recommendations, we will schedule a follow-up call to address concerns at no charge.

Media Training: If technical issues prevent successful session delivery, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

REFUND REQUESTS

Must be submitted in writing to br@brcomm.co within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at BRComm’s discretion.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Service deposits (50% of project fee). First month of monthly retainer services. Rush or expedited service fees. Completed and delivered work products.

CANCELLATION POLICY — PROJECT-BASED SERVICES

Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled delivery date: full refund minus 50% deposit. Cancellations made 3–6 days before scheduled delivery date: 50% refund of total project fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery date: no refund. Work already in progress is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY — SCHEDULED SESSIONS

(Media Training, Consultations) Cancellations made 14+ days before scheduled session: full refund minus deposit. Cancellations made 7–13 days before session: 50% refund of total fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before session: no refund. One reschedule permitted at no charge with 7+ days notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY — MONTHLY RETAINER SERVICES

Crisis Communications Retainer requires 30 days written notice for cancellation. Cancellation notice must be received by the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. No refunds for partial months. Unused hours do not roll over month-to-month.

EMERGENCY / EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

Medical emergencies, family emergencies, or natural disasters will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. We will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate credit.

ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY CONSIDERATIONS

We understand production schedules change and festival deadlines shift. For clients with legitimate production delays, we offer flexible rescheduling within reason. Rush services are available for festival deadline emergencies (additional 50% fee). We maintain strict confidentiality around unreleased projects, creative concepts, and proprietary information.

HOW TO CANCEL

Submit cancellation requests in writing to br@brcomm.co. Include your name, service purchased, original booking date, and reason for cancellation. You will receive confirmation within 2 business days.

SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND CREDITS

If your needs change after booking, we will work with you to modify the scope of service when possible. Scope changes may result in pricing adjustments. All modifications must be agreed upon in writing before work proceeds. In rare cases where refunds are not possible, we may offer service credits toward future BRComm services. Credits are valid for 12 months from issue date, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

GENERAL TERMS

All services require 50% deposit at booking. Final payment is due upon service delivery or before the scheduled session. Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, check (with 7-day clearance period). All deliverables become client property upon full payment. BRComm retains the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes (client approval required for any identifying information). Client materials and confidential information remain confidential. BRComm provides strategic guidance and recommendations; implementation is the client’s responsibility. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from media coverage, public response, or third-party actions. Professional liability insurance is maintained for all services.
